motion vs. direction

i used to play word games
but now concepts trump
motion is good and well
but without direction it serves no purpose

and so A to B looks different than it used to
it's less about the road
the vehicle
the pebbles and dust
the metal and rust
barometeric pressure and all that stuff

The wrinkles will be alluded to
with a fish line through it all
to keep him on the hook
and have something to eat

But I still have doubts
as to whether the switch can be flipped
or if it takes another hand
to locate its whereabouts
then push out four stanzas
into maybe seven or thirteen
prime numbers on the mind
still ideas overlooking
