oh yes, i remember
how can one forget
it actually happened to me
i'm where i thought i'd be
i thought the day would never come
that I would not want a sip of coffee
my caffeine fix has dissappeared
now I drink mild tea
standing on the other side
it is easier to see
that too many people lost their souls
to harvest all of those beans
i drank two cups a day for years
and stopped drinking with the patch
my pallate has now adjusted
but i still kind of miss it
